Ingredients:
Vegetables:
- Potatoes
- Carrots
- Broccoli
- Zucchini
- Cherry tomatoes
Veal Strips:
- Veal filet, cut into strips
- Mushrooms
- Smoked ham
- Cooking cream
Instructions:
Cook the Vegetables:
- Boil the potatoes, carrots, broccoli, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes in hot water until tender. Drain the vegetables and set aside.
Sauté the Vegetables:
- In a skillet, heat a bit of olive oil. Add the cooked vegetables along with salt, black pepper, a pinch of rosemary, and minced garlic. Sauté until the vegetables are lightly browned.
Prepare the Veal Strips:
- In another skillet, heat some olive oil. Add the veal strips, minced garlic, a bit of black pepper, and a touch of salt. Cook until the veal is browned. Add the mushrooms and smoked ham, cooking for a few more minutes.
Finish the Dish:
- Stir in the cooking cream just before serving.
